New publication: Cyborg insect repeatable self-righting locomotion assistance using bio-inspired 3D printed artificial limb

A novel idea to assist in the cyborg insect locomotion. Using 3D printed parts inspired by the ladybug insect we can assist for the self-righting of the Madagascar cockroach.

A combination of electronics and 3D printing with miniature actuators to work at low voltage will allow to repeat the motion multiple times. The insect can use this technology to maneuver in difficult terrains during long periods of time.
